Mail: info@algemator.com is responsible according to the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) for the processing of your personal data.
2. If you contact Algemator UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (e. g. by telephone, e-mail or post),
your data will be processed to answer your inquiry or other request and in case there
are any follow-up questions.
The following data are processed: First and last name, name of your company, your
function or position, mail address, telephone number, e-mail address, e-mail
communication, contents of your inquiry or your request.
The data processing is necessary to preserve a legitimate interest of Algemator UG
(haftungsbeschränkt). The legal basis is provided in Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You have the
right to object to processing of data at any time on grounds relating to your particular
situation.
When your inquiry or your request has been finally processed, we store the data for
the period of retention required under commercial and tax law.
3. After the installation of the Algemator App, your mobile device ID will be stored in a
Firestore database operated by Google when the app is started for the first time. This
ensures that the trial period, during which all features of the paid premium version of
the App can be used for free for seven (7) days from the first launch (and for another
seven (7) days if the download link is shared with friends), is only used once per device.
This data processing is necessary for the execution of the usage agreement, legal
basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. It is not possible for us to identify your person on
the basis of the device ID. Please inform us if you do not use the Algemator App any
more in order to allow us to delete your mobile device ID from the database.
4. If the legal provisions apply, you have the rights according to Art. 15-21 GDPR to obtain
information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and
objection to data processing on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR as well as to file a
complaint with a supervising authority according to Art. 77 GDPR.
